WeatherBug Applications for BlackBerry Smartphones Updated with Increased Customizable Interactivity and Enhanced Weather Content

The very popular WeatherBug (free) and WeatherBug Elite (paid) applications for BlackBerry smartphones have been upgraded with a new functional design and improved weather content. Users are now able to create home screen icons and receive alert notifications for their favorite locations. Weather condition information can be easily customized to display the most pertinent weather information including extended 7-day forecast, detailed forecast, hourly forecast, today’s conditions, pollen, Doppler radar and live camera images. Current information about weather conditions has been enhanced with even more detailed live observations including temperature, humidity, rain, pressure, wind speed and direction, UV index, sunrise and sunset. In addition, animated weather maps including Doppler radar, NWS alerts, satellite, temperature and lightning strikes provide improved interactive imagery.
WeatherBug applications for BlackBerry smartphones have been recognized for unique Super App features including:
