10 Songs You Need To Hear From Our Holiday Party Playlist

  • Dec 17, 2018

Check out what the Earth Networks team was listening to as we celebrated the season with our holiday party playlist.

Friday was our annual Earth Networks holiday party! It’s the most wonderful time of the year where members of the team go over the river and through the woods to our Germantown headquarters to celebrate the holidays.

Here’s what we listened to as we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and played some reindeer games. You can check out our ten favorite hits from the list below or listen to the full thing on Spotify. We hope you enjoying sharing the holiday spirit with us and use some of these songs in your own holiday party playlist!

The Earth Networks Holiday Party Playlist

It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

The first holiday hit we’re including on our playlist is this classic sung by Andy Williams. There’s nothing that gets us in the holiday spirit like this tune that reminds us that it really is the most wonderful time of the year. Many Earth Networks employees enjoy this time of the year more than any other because they get to spend time with friends and family. We hope you do too!

Mele Kalikimaka (Merry Christmas)

We’re heading down to the home of the Keeling Curve with this next pick on our list. When we listen to this song, we imagine we’re enjoying our holiday breakfast on a beach in Hawaii. It’s best to eat some fruit and have a mimosa in hand for this one!

Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree

Next up we have the holiday classic “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree.” This classic is the perfect background music to the fun and games we have at our holiday party. This year we played a lot of games including the infamous apple stack.

Run Rudolph Run

Believe it or not, there is a lot of running at our holiday party (depending on who you are here at Earth Networks!) Our executive assistant, Lori, does a lot to make sure the party goes off perfectly each year. Our employees also do a lot of running too… if the fun and games calls for it!

Wonderful Christmastime

There’s something nostalgic about this hit from our holiday playlist. An upbeat tune to liven up any party, Paul McCartney’s Wonderful Christmastime gives us all the right holiday season feels.

Feliz Navidad

We wanna wish you a Merry Christmas from the bottom of our hearts! This song has been a holiday season staple since its release in 1970. Each year. this bilingual tune is one of the top played and downloaded songs during Christmastime in the U.S. and the ASCAP has declared it one of the Top 25 Christmas songs most played around the world.

What Christmas Means To Me

Our holiday party has songs in all different genres. We love this Stevie Wonder bop that covers everything from snow to singing choirs to cards. No matter how you celebrate the holiday, What Christmas Means To Me most likely mentions it. It’s perfect for any holiday party playlist!

Last Christmas

While this isn’t the happiest song on our playlist, it still has a good beat and a catchy chorus. You never know – maybe some of your coworkers went through a breakup during Christmastime. Or maybe some of your coworkers remember when this jam came out. Either way, it makes our holiday party playlist each year!

Winter Wonderland

We’re taking it back to the classics with this penultimate song on our list. There’s no voice better at conveying the holiday season than Dean Martin’s. We hope you enjoy this song during your party along with more of his holiday hits!

Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

If you don’t think this is the best version of “Santa Claus is Coming to Town” we have a few New Jersey natives that will fight with you over it!

There’s something about Bruce’s personal prelude to the song where he calls out to various members of his band that makes you feel the holiday spirit between them all. This wonderful feeling of friendship and love is the perfect song for any holiday party or get together.

Happy Holidays!

As we near the end of the year, the entire team here at Earth Networks would like to thank everyone who’s made 2018 such a successful year for us. From our hardworking employees to our dedicated clients and partners: We are so thankful for you this holiday season and all year long!
